Kuwait owns most cars in Arab world

People in Kuwait own the most number of vehicles compared to those in other Arab countries as per a report issued by AUTOSTAT which is a Russian agency that analyzes the automobile market, reports Al-Watan daily.

The report revealed that there are 723 vehicles for every 100,000 people in Kuwait, which puts the country in first place among the Arab countries and the sixth worldwide.

Internationally, Brunei is in first place with 873 vehicles for every 100,000 people, Brocrekonne second with 819 vehicles, USA third with 801 vehicles, Iceland fourth place with 758 vehicles, and Luxembourg fifth with 733 vehicles. Ethiopia was placed last with two vehicles for every 100,000 while the average statistics is 162 vehicles for every 100,000 people.
