Teachers found giving tuitions to lose ministry jobs: official
December 22, 2014, 8:58 am

The Ministry of Education is adopting tough measures to put an end to what sources said ‘private tuitions’ which have recently increased and increased the financial burden on the families in spite of the fact that the ministry has offered many facilities to the teachers, reports Al-Anba daily.

Sources close to the issue said the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education Dr Mariam Al-Wateed has made a list of names of teachers of both sexes against whom charges have been filed of giving private tuitions.

Sources said the ministry has received several complaints from parents on the negligence and failure by some teachers to deliberately force the students to take private tuitions. The same sources quoting Al-Wateed said some teachers will be referred for investigations and if there is any credibility to the charges that the teachers are giving private tuitions, they will be dismissed from the Ministry of Education.
