177 Kg of spoilt fish seized

 Inspectors from the Kuwait Municipality branch in the Capital Governorate confiscated 177 kilograms of spoilt fish during an inspection campaign at the Fish Market in Sharq recently, reports Al-Seyassah daily.

A press statement from the Public Relations Department in the Municipality disclosed the campaign is part of steps being taken by food inspectors before the public auction for fish in a bid to control violations against the food safety regulations and to protect public health.
