Changes finalized on surveillance camera bill

The parliamentary Interior and Defense Committee has finalized amendments to the Surveillance Cameras Bill, which will presented to the National Assembly for voting in its upcoming session, reports Al-Shahid daily quoting sources. Sources revealed the revised bill states that the surveillance camera records will be kept for 120 days, instead of 90, to ease procedures for the investigation authorities or the court in view of the previous experiences of some countries.
