The Court of Appeals presided over by Judge Salah Al-Jari has ordered Kuwait Oil Company to pay KD 60,000 to one of its employees after deducting this amount from his salary as the cost of social security.

During the court session, lawyer Bushra Al-Hendal stressed that the company does not have the right to take the cost of social security from her client as the employers are responsible for paying this amount as per the relevant law of Public Institution for Social Security.
