June 20, 2015, 5:17 pm

Officials from four ministries will carry on with their inspection campaign on food markets during the Holy Muslim fasting month of Ramadan, an official has said. The campaign, that started ahead of Ramadan, will continue through the month to control prices and make sure foodstuff of good quality is available, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry Assistant Undersecretary for Control and Consumer Protection Abdullah Al-Enezi said on Saturday.

A committee that includes the Ministries of Commerce and Industry, the Interior, Social Affairs and Labor, and Ministry of State for Municipal Affairs, has drawn up an inspection campaign to be implemented around-the-clock over the month Ramadan, Al-Enezi added.
