The points included removing fish market from the project and in case the step is not possible legitimately, the investor should find a way of getting rid of the attendant odor.

They also included opening all activities without special exclusion, except for meat and vegetables, which he stressed, should remain where they are. Al-Munawer also recommended converting the fish area into an investment area without specifying its activities. He recommended the investor should be made to renovate the western part of the place for tourist attraction, and restructure the place, especially parking lots.
