Expats face termination
September 15, 2014, 8:46 am

A company has allegedly decided to implement cost-cutting measures, which include terminating services of several expatriate workers to be replaced by Bedouns whose salaries are lower compared to that of expatriates, reports Al-Seyassah daily quoting sources.

Sources revealed the company cited high salaries of expatriates, health insurance fees and rising visa cost as factors considered in taking the decision, taking into consideration that the salary of Bedouns does not exceed KD 320.
