For the benefit of the Indian Community in Kuwait, the Embassy has now reduced the time taken for processing of Passport services to just two days. Our outsource agency (BLS) requires additional two working days, i.e., first working day to receive Passport, second and third working day for processing the Passport application at the Embassy, and fourth working day to deliver the Passport. In case of emergency, the Passport can be issued the same day, under "Tatkal Scheme", with extra charge of KD 42.400. Passport applications are accepted at the Embassy directly in emergency cases.

All Indian nationals in Kuwait are advised to take Jumbo Passport (of 64 pages) paying an extra fee of only KD 7.050, if they travel frequently and needs extra pages in passport for Visas etc.

For any addition/deletion/change in the passport particulars, new passport will be issued and in such cases fee applicable for new Passport is applicable.

For any further clarification / query, please contact: Shri K.D. Roy, Attache (Passport), Mobile No. 97295728 or Mr. J.S. Dangi, Second Secretary (Consular), Mobile No: 97229947.
