KIA to launch boarding and check-in services
March 20, 2017, 10:44 am

Kuwait International Airport plans to begin automated boarding and check-in services for passengers without luggage, according to Director of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Yousif Al-Fouzan. This service will streamline airport procedures with the installation of nine ticket machines.

Director Al-Fouzan believes that those two services will serve the public and help develop the Kuwait airport to match airports in advanced countries. A similar mode of processing is already working with the electronic parking fee payment machines helping to reduce crowds and long queues.
