New labor regulations put into practice

Various work departments has put into practice a decision to restrict changes in information and profession on work permits only after an employee has worked for a minimum of two years for the same employer. The decision was confirmed by the Manpower Public Authority’s Director Jamal Al-Doussary. Doussary added that the recent decision requiring companies to ensure at least 25 employees get their own mandoubs (representatives) will take effect on May 11.
