Ooredoo in Kuwait announced the launch of its revolutionary online shop, the first Telecom store in Kuwait. The one-stop shop allows customers to browse and purchase from a variety of devices as well as choose between different exclusive online-only discounts and offers.

“We launched this online service because our customers wanted digital shopping and so with this service we are engaging them in a new and relevant dimension, offering unparalleled convenience and reliability,” said Riham Al-Ayyar, Head of Communications, Brand and Customer Experience at Ooredoo in Kuwait.

The telecom provider has dedicated attention to the user experience design, fulfilment and delivery services offering 24 hour service, flexible payments, live help and dedicated customer support.

The new online shop is a beacon of innovation in Kuwait and the region with sophisticated options such as customizable plans, upgrades for existing customers and a variety of device and internet offers “We believe in customization; there is no single plan that fits everyone.  That’s why we like to give our customers options and let them choose the one that fits their needs, and that’s why we spent a lot of effort in bringing this service to life” explains Al-Ayyar.

The online shop is a step forward in the company’s vision to digitize services and bring relevance to its customers, thereby supporting its growth as an omni-channel telecom.  Paying close attention to customer needs and wants, Ooredoo’s new online shop focuses on selling the most sought after devices, internet services, voice plans and much more.

The company expects the Online shop to become an integral and central player in its customer engagement strategy, and will expect its customers to enjoy many more self-serve benefits as many more valuable features will be rolled out throughout the year.  The store can be accessed at
