May 28, 2014, 9:08 am

The parliament completed its review of an amendment to a law for the formation of a constitutional court, and the domestic labour regulation and the construction of the Sabah Al-Ahmad smart city draft law on Tuesday.

As for the constitutional court, single parties will be able to resort to it directly, legal affairs sub-committee chief Mubarak Al-Harees told reporters.

On domestic labour, he said there was a lack of local regulation on the affair, adding that, separately, the Sabah Al-Ahmad City project would aim to solve the shortage of housing in the country.
