Settle your telephone bills or face disconnection by April 21

The Ministry of Communications has called on all concerned telephone subscribers to settle their outstanding bills to avoid disconnection of services. In a press statement recently, Public Relations Department Director at the ministry Dr Ahmad Al-Hussaini confirmed this month’s implementation of a decision on the disconnection of telephone services for those with bills amounting to KD50 for residential line subscribers and KD100 for commercial line subscribers who failed to settle their bills within the specified period.

He said that prior to disconnection the ministry will send two warnings to the concerned subscribers, revealing the first warning had been issued earlier and the second warning will be on April 14, followed by disconnection of lines on April 21.
