Two Egyptians arrested for Avenues jewelry shop theft

Securitymen affiliated to the Capital Governorate have arrested two Egyptians and are looking for a third compatriot for stealing jewelry worth KD 100,000 from a jewelry shop in the Avenues Mall, reports Al-Seyassah daily.

The arrest came just 24 hours after the crime was committed. The daily without going into details said intensive police investigation led to the arrest of two suspects.

It has been reported the thieves were hired by the adjoining shop to make interior decoration and taking advantage of the situation they committed the theft. The theft was recorded by CCTV cameras installed in the shop.
