The 9th batch of twelfth graders of Indian Educational School (Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan), Kuwait accomplished remarkable aggregates in the AISSC, CBSE Grade 12 Board Examination 2019, with hundred percent pass. In the Science Stream, 44 percent of the students graduated with an aggregate of 90 percent and above, along with scoring more than 80 percent aggregate in all the subjects.
The school average for the subjects are; English (87), Math (81), Physics (86), Chemistry (87), Computer Science (93), Biology (86), Economics (80), Business Studies (81), Informatics Practices (89). Of the students appearing for the CBSE Class XII exams from Indian Educational School, 74.5 percent passed securing A grade in chemistry; 73.1 percent secured grade A in computer science; 69 percent got a similar A grade in English. In physics 68 percent received A grade, 61.1 percent in Informatics Practices, 50.1 percent in mathematics, and 50 percent in business studies received A grades.
Sudarshan Sundarajan secured the first place in the science stream with an aggregate of 97 percent and 100 percent in Chemistry, while Rahul Mathew George stood second with 96.8 percent aggregate and 100 in Mathematics, followed by Mitsumi Nandi and Elizabeth Jiji in the third position with each getting 96.4 percent aggregate. In the Commerce Stream Alana Ann Prakash secured the first position with 95 percent aggregate, Srinidhi Thumurikota with 94.8 percent stood second and Keziah Biju George with 89.6 percent was in third place.
