“Cardio Workout” one of the most common terms often used in the fitness vocabulary yet in many cases, the most taken for granted. For many cardio workout is often understood superficially as a way of weight reduction but often its varied effects are more than what we know. Cardio workout can change and contribute to a long and healthy life. 

Cardio Exercise is often defined as any workout that raises your heart rate and prepares and conditions your body for a more rigid workout. This somehow prevents your body from any injuries. Ideal cardio exercises come in different sets of workouts such include; walking, running, cycling, swimming, jogging, or gym regimes such as low or high impact aerobics, circuit workouts, intervals and more.  In general, any exercise that increases your heart rate to 50 or even 75 percent of your maximum heart rate is considered to be cardiovascular exercise.

The weakening of our heart and lungs functions has been detrimental to those who refuse if not take for granted essential exercises along with balanced nutrition yet those who regularly exercise and work out have developed strong resistance as well as endurance. In this case, try several different activities to find the one or ones that you enjoy most. This process can be hit or miss, so don’t be afraid to try something and, if it doesn’t work, move on to something else.
