The Administrative Court has cancelled the decision by the Court of Appeals to strip a man of his Kuwaiti nationality.
The Public Prosecution had accused the man of falsifying his citizenship credentials and the Court of Appeals had issued an interlocutory injection stripping the man of his citizenship, while referring the case to the Administrative Court.
The Administrative Court exonerated the man after affirming his relationship to his father who is a Kuwaiti citizen.
