The General Administration of Civil Aviation issued a circular announcing that medical personnel in the government and private sectors and members of the diplomatic corps are exempted from the circular banning entry of non-Kuwaiti passengers to Kuwait.

The government has taken a number of measures to confront the Corona pandemic, which included closing commercial activities and preventing the entry of non-Kuwaitis from next Sunday, for a period of two weeks, with the exception of relatives of first-degree Kuwaitis and their companions from domestic workers and workers registered on the platform in the safety platform.

The government also decided institutional quarantine in a local hotel to all those coming to the country for a period of 7 days, at their own expense, starting from Sunday, February 21.
