Two men and a woman whose nationalities were not revealed were detained by police after the car they were traveling in met with an accident and traffic police who arrived on the scene noticed that the three were inebriated.
The accident reportedly happened at dawn after the driver lost control of the vehicle and crashed into the concrete barrier. When the Operations Room at the Ministry of Interior received news of the accident, police and paramedics rushed to the site.
The three were pulled out of their vehicle and administered first-aid on site as they refused to go to hospital. On noticing that the trio were under the influence of alcohol the police questioned them and learned that they had been to a party and were returning from there when they met with the accident.
