Diplomatic Women’s Committee (DWC)-Kuwait in collaboration with the Kyrgyz Embassy organized a Ramadan and Girgian festival at Bait Bader Al Mohammad Al Jaber Al Sabah, Shuwaikh on 17 May. Members from the diplomatic corps accompanied by their spouses attended the function. Kyrgyz children spread the cheer and spirit of Girgian when they performed exuberantly at the event.
Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Kuwait H.E. Smargol Adamkulova praised the close friendship between Kuwait and Kyrgyzstan, and also appreciated the initiative of the joint festivities that highlighted the similarities between the traditions.
