A farewell function was hosted in honor of the outgoing Honduran Ambassador to Kuwait H.E. Nelson Garcia and Ambassador of Cambodia to Kuwait H.E. Tan Bunpa on the successful completion of their tenure in Kuwait.
Assistant Foreign Minister for Asian Affairs of the State of Kuwait, Ambassador Ali Suleiman Al-Saeed, was the chief guest at the function, which was attended by members of the diplomatic corps, representatives of various international organizations in Kuwait and special guests.
Speaking on the occasion, Ambassador Al-Saeed praised the outgoing ambassadors for their outstanding work during their diplomatic tenure in Kuwait, and for helping strengthen existing good bilateral relations between their respective countries and Kuwait. He noted that the two ambassadors played a prominent role in building bridges of friendship and cooperation between their countries and Kuwait in several fields. He wished the ambassadors all the success in their future endeavors.
On behalf of his diplomatic colleagues, Ambassador Al-Saeed then presented a memento to the outgoing ambassadors.
