Security personnel are investigating the circumstances behind the case where a Filipina woman was found fatally injured after having fallen from the fifth floor of a building in Fintas.
The Egyptian caretaker of the building reported the incident to the Operations Room of the Ministry of Interior, following which police and paramedics were rushed to the site. Finding the victim critically wounded but still breathing they immediately transferred her to Adan Hospital, where she was admitted in the intensive care unit (ICU), but the doctors failed to revive her.
Remains of the victim have now been referred to Forensics to ascertain the facts behind her death.
