German Ambassador to Kuwait H E Stefan Mobbs said consultations are underway regarding the opening of the University of Munich, adding the issue is not related to governmental procedures, but rather to the procedures that must be implemented by the Kuwaiti investor, because this investment belongs to the private sector and not the government, hoping to open the university in the near future.

The Ambassador said the “German-Kuwaiti relations are witnessing a great development” and pointed out that “the agreement signed between the two countries regarding the lifting of visas for diplomats and special passports is valid, which allows facilitating the entry of this category into his country without visas,” reports Al-Qabas daily.
