His Highness the Amir, Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber AlSabah, on Thursday, sent a cable of condolences to the President of India Ram Nath Kovind. In the cable, His Highness the Amir expressed his sincere condolences over the victims of a gas leak accident in a chemical factory in Andhra Pradesh, which claimed dozens of casualties and caused severe injuries, wishing the injured speedy recovery. His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah sent similar cables.
