The Indian Community School, Kuwait (ICSK) students delivered spectacular performances in the class XII CBSE Examination held in March 2019. The school obtained 100 percent results in all three streams — science, commerce and humanities — with 100 percent scores in chemistry, psychology, home science and informatics.
Out of 296 students, the largest number of examinees in Kuwait, who appeared for the exam, all the students secured first class, 96 percent of the students bagged distinction and 79 students scored an aggregate of above 90 percent marks. Eisha Elizabeth Ninan from science stream scored 97.6 percent, followed by Disha Thasnim Choonda Thodi with 96.2 pecent. The third position was secured by two students, Haneen Abdul Rasheed and Anna Bridget Biju with equal aggregates of 96 percent.
In commerce stream the topper was Rachel Lourdes Fernandes with 95.6 percent marks. The second position was bagged by Alita Janice Quadros with 95 percent and the third position holders were Rukayya Mustaneer Fazal and Nooreen Kaur Chadha with 94.8 percemt.
In humanities, Joe Mammen John scored top with 94.8 percent followed by Kyra Hollyn Rodrigues with a score of 93.4 percent and Shaik Kashifa in third place with 92.4 percent.
ICSK Kuwait, maintained its high standard in the results with stupefying scores in all the other subjects like History with the score of 91, Geography (93), Economics (98), Psychology (100), Mathematics (96), Physics (95), Chemistry(100), Biology (98), Physical Education (97), Painting (99), Fashion Studies (98), Business Studies (98), Accountancy (97), Home Science (100), Informatics (100), Entrepreneurship (97), Web-Technology (94) and Computer Science (99).
The students brought in laurels to ICSK with their brilliant scores glorifying the hard work put forth by themselves and by the teaching faculty with the support of the parent community. Encouragement, help and the unconditional support of the ICSK management was also a key factor behind this success.
