Integrated Indian School (IIS) celebrated Kindergarten Graduation Day on 17 January. The tiny tots with their graduation gowns and caps eagerly participated in the ceremony.

The function was a memorable one with the presence of eminent personalities like Mariam Dashti (Head of the Department, Primary And Kindergarten- Ministry of Education, Kuwait), Bushra A Alabdulhusain (Inspector For Primary And Kindergarten , Ministry Of Education , Kuwait), Manal Jaber Mesyer Al-Enezi (Directress, Oxford Pakistani School)along with our school directress Dr. Onika Mehrotra and Dr. Anju Mehrotra, our Principal Arul Dharmaraj Thomas, Manager Mohammad Ali, supervisors, coordinators and teachers of primary and Kg, school officials and parents.

The celebration commenced with prayer recital of verses from the Holy Quran followed by the lighting of the lamp and ‘Invocation Dance’ by the tiny tots of LKG. Charismatic dance performances depicted the theme ‘Transition’, which was performed by the little ones, followed by the most important event of the evening, the Graduation ceremony of UKG students.

‘Dance Drama’ about the ‘Transformation of seasons’ was followed by the ‘Retro to metro’ dance which was the highlight of the graduation themed program. Patriotic and Bangla Dances revealed glimpses of the rich cultural heritage of India. The celebration wrapped up with a tremendous dance performance of Bhangra by the cheering cherubs of UKG. It was an incredible experience to see all the Kindergarteners together on the stage in the grand finale.
The tiny tots of Classes KG, one and two, proudly displayed their talents with confidence.
