Akbar Travels of India, a travel group, in collaboration with India International School (IIS) Mangaf organized an educational trip for IIS students to Moscow, in western Russia. On 21 November, around 103 students accompanied by 15 teachers including Vice Principal Mr Saleem departed to Moscow in the company of Akbar Travels of India Regional Manager Shaikh Abdullah.

In the last four years, IIS has organized field trips for their students out of country as part of their educational learning. The first year, 15 students visited Dubai, then, 30 students went to Turkey the next year and the last year 55 students traveled to Georgia. This year, a scheduled trip was organized to Moscow with 103 students and 15 teachers. In the last two years, Akbar Travels of India Kuwait has been organizing such trips with the Akbar Travels Regional Manager personally involved in making all arrangements from flights to visas for the students and their teachers.
