An Indian man has been arrested for allegedly insulting a retired major-general. The ex-officer filed a complaint with the police that during an altercation over a right-of-way in traffic, the Indian man stepped out of his car and humiliated the former senior officer.
The complainant provided police with the location of the incident and the number plate of the vehicle driven by the accused, which led the authorities to apprehend the Indian man and file a case against him.
