Around 228,000 citizens and expatriates are likely to travel during the Eid holidays, according to Director of Engineering Department in the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) Engr Saleh Al- Fadaghi, who also heads the operation of Terminal Four (T4).

Al- Fadaghi pointed out that crowds are expected to flood the four terminals of Kuwait International Airport (KIA) from 4 to 8 June largely due to about 134,000 citizens and expatriates that will travel during the Eid holidays abroad onboard 902 flights while 94,000 passengers onboard 900 flights will arrive in Kuwait during the same period, totaling more than 1,800 flights using Kuwait airport.
