‘Kuwait Martyrs Office’ of the Amiri Diwan organized Saturday the third annual marathon under the patronage of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah AlAhmad AlJaber AlSabah.
Director of the Office Fatima AlAmir told reporters after the marathon that this year’s fourkilometerlong race saw participation of more than 600 contestants representing all age groups of citizens and residents, within the program dubbed “Thank you” that organized by the Office annually on the occasion of the national holidays.
The program “Thank you 3” is aimed at citizens and residents, while the “Thank you 2” program was directed to those who worked in Kuwait during the period of the brutal invasion and “Thank You 1” to the coalition countries that participated in the liberation of Kuwait.
