Kuwait’s Deputy Foreign Minister Khaled Al-Jarallah said on Saturday “very positive” discussions with Saudi Arabia are continuing on the resumption of oil output in the divided zone. The two countries will begin talk of an oil production resumption when a final agreement is struck on this area, he told KUNA.

Saudi Arabia’s Energy Minister Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud had earlier stated that the talks were “positive,” indicating a political willingness to resolve all aspects in relation to the matter.
