The Kindergarten students of Indian Educational School (IES) and Jack and Jill celebrated Mother’s Day on 12 May. The students were enthusiastically involved in making craft projects with pictures of their mothers as gifts, which were followed by a coloring activity. They, then, spent the whole day singing songs and fondly listening to stories about mother’s love.
Children too shared anecdotes about their mothers, and acknowledged their love and devotion. Finally, the little ones proudly echoed the quote “Mother will be our door to Paradise so, let’s love, respect and care for our mothers every day”. The bulletin boards were decorated with attractive pictures and conveyed an important message of being humble, respectful and obedient to their parents.
