The Director-General of Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) Musaed Al-Asousi announced the working hours of PACI in a press statement today, Saturday, Al Qabas reported.

Al-Asousi said that the working hours in the main building (South Surra), the Citizens’ Registration Office, are from nine in the morning until one in the afternoon, and for the expatriate registration office from one in the afternoon until four in the afternoon. The documentation, private registration, and electronic signature are from nine in the morning until one in the afternoon.

Civil IDs can be collected from nine o’clock in the morning until four in the afternoon.

As for the Jahra Governorate building, the Citizens’ Registration Office stated that the working hours are from nine o’clock in the morning until one in the afternoon and the office for receiving cards is from nine o’clock in the morning until one in the afternoon.

Regarding the Ahmadi Governorate branch (South Sabahiya), he pointed out that the work of the card collection office starts from nine in the morning until one in the afternoon.

Regarding the external centers, Al-Asousi indicated that work begins at nine o’clock in the morning until one in the afternoon. He stressed the necessity to book an appointment to attend and that no citizen or expatriate without a prior appointment will not be received. Appointments are booked through the Commission’s website www.paci.gov.kw.
