An informed source in the Public Authority for Manpower (PAM) revealed that the authority will issue a series of decisions organizing the labor market at the beginning of next year.
Regulations would come after conducting a comprehensive assessment of the labor market conditions during the current year and the implications of the Corona pandemic, Al-Anba reported.
The source indicated that among the market regulation, decisions are related to the assessment of the employer’s need for the workers registered on their files, whether from expatriate or national workers, in addition to creating a number of job titles, especially the administrative ones.
An increase in national employment rates in line with the Amendment Law of Residential composition would also be considered.
