A Kuwaiti man and his son have been accused by three members of the ruling family of robbing them to the tune of KD320,000 dinars after posing as businessmen and promising to set up huge commercial projects.
The trio, two brothers and their sister, filed a case at the Rawdah police station implicating the father and son of fraud. They provided police with copies of documents signed by the accused and describing the project was scheduled to start immediately. They also informed the security authorities that the two men had gone into hiding and had switched off their mobile phones.
The case has reportedly been transferred to the Criminal Investigation Department for further probing and action.
