The Public Relations and Security Media Department of the Ministry of Interior said the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, Lieutenant-General Sheikh Faisal Al-Nawaf has asked to study the issue of driving licences given for expatriates – to limit and legalize their issuance.
This came during Al-Nawaf’s field inspection tour of the General Traffic Department and the Traffic Operations Department in the Al-Ahmadi Governorate.
During the tour Al-Nawaf was briefed on the work of traffic sector which uses the advanced technologies and the latest equipment and devices.
Al-Nawaf affirmed he will not accept any complacency or negligence in providing services to the public. He said the degree of efficiency is measured by the level of response, the speed of dealing and access to the site of the communication.
