On behalf of the Tajikistan people and on my own behalf, I extend sincere congratulations on the occasion of the 58th anniversary of Kuwait’s independence and 28th Liberation Day to the Kuwaiti Nation on the occasion of this beautiful and meaningful days, I wish all Kuwaitis around the world endless success, peace, security, unity, concord and prosperity. Tajikistan and Kuwait have already entered the third decade of developing friendly and constructive bilateral relations. I am confident that the bonds that exist between our two countries and their people will continue advancing mutually beneficial political, economic and cultural cooperation.
We reiterate our determination to promote comprehensive relations between Tajikistan and Kuwait, open up even more opportunities for mutually beneficial cooperation between our states and citizens in a number of fields, including economics, politics, security, science, education, as well as culture and tourism.
