The Civil Service Commission (CSC) has communicated with various government agencies regarding the 100 percent Kuwaitization of computer departments in all sectors, in compliance with the directive of the Council of Ministers on the implementation of the replacement policy before the next fiscal year which starts in April, Al-Anba daily reported quoting sources.
Sources confirmed to the daily that the CSC has determined the number of expat employees who will be replaced in the current fiscal year. Sources said the CSC also stressed the need to terminate a number of expatriate administrative and technical employees.
