Two incidents of alleged suicide by Asian expatriates was reported on Tuesday, with one taking place in Mahboula and the other in Sabah Al-Salem area.

A Nepalese expatriate was found dead in the stairway of his residential building, apparently having committed suicide. Security and medical personnel rushed to the scene on receiving information of the incident, but found the victim already dead. They then registered a case and referred the body to forensics for further investigation.

Meanwhile, in Sabah Al-Salem area a Kuwaiti sponsor called the Operations room of the Ministry of Interior to report that his Indian driver had seemingly taken his own life. On arriving at the scene, security-men found the victim hanging inside his room. The corpse has been referred to forensics to verify the cause of death.

There were no indications to suggest why the two men might have decided to end their lives.
