Togo congratulates Kuwait on the occasion of National & Liberation days
On the auspicious occasion of the 63d anniversary of National Day and the 33rd anniversary of Liberation Day of the State of Kuwait and on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Togo and the Togolese people as well as on my own behalf, I have the great honor and pleasure to extend my heartiest and warmest congratulations and best wishes to His Highness, the Amir of Kuwait, Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, to the Government and to the friendly Kuwaiti people.
The Togolese Republic and the State of Kuwait have always enjoyed friendly relations and good cooperation and as Ambassador of the Togolese Republic to the State of Kuwait, I am confident that the existing bonds of friendship and good cooperation will be further enhanced for the mutual benefits of our two countries. May I take this opportunity to wish to His Highness good health, well-being and to the friendly Kuwaiti people continued progress and prosperity.
